Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead growth efforts across the European life sciences markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for RWE solutions. This role requires a commercially driven leader with deep sector knowledge and strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to grow RWE adoption in the life sciences sector.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare organizations.

  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, understanding evolving data and evidence needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, demonstrations, and tailored solution design.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform commercial strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in business development, data analytics, or real-world evidence solutions.

  • Strong network across UK and European pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare markets.

  • Solid understanding of RWE applications in clinical development, market access, and outcomes research.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with experience delivering revenue growth.

  • Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
