Position Overview
Our client, a global Contract Research Organization, is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead global commercial strategy. The CCO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client partnerships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement global commercial and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead business development, sales, and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.

  • Strengthen partnerships with pharma and biotech clients across preclinical and clinical services.

  • Identify new service opportunities in trial design, data management, and regulatory support.

  • Represent the company at global industry conferences and forums.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven senior commercial leadership in CROs or life sciences services.

  • Track record of revenue growth and expanding global client portfolios.

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience leading international teams and managing large-scale accounts.
