Position Overview
Our client, a global Contract Research Organization, is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead global commercial strategy. The CCO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client partnerships, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in clinical development.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement global commercial and go-to-market strategies.
Lead business development, sales, and marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
Strengthen partnerships with pharma and biotech clients across preclinical and clinical services.
Identify new service opportunities in trial design, data management, and regulatory support.
Represent the company at global industry conferences and forums.
Candidate Profile
Proven senior commercial leadership in CROs or life sciences services.
Track record of revenue growth and expanding global client portfolios.
Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience leading international teams and managing large-scale accounts.
